The shell of our cases are created from marine grade gel coats and hand applied layers of fiberglass, with composites added in key structural points of the cases. With 15 different shell sizes, we choose the cast to best match the specific dimensions of your guitar. This material is created for durability and is capable of withstanding everything from falls off stages, stairs and luggage ramps, to collisions and crushings from motor vehicles. In addition to the tough material, the case is designed to deflect and soften impact with consciously engineered round corners and edges.
Obviously though, material isn’t worth a thing if the case doesn’t stay shut, so for that we have invested heavily in quality latches and patented latch guards. These nickel-plated latches are forged in nearly indestructible steel so that you can be sure they’re built to last. They’re are held in place with steel rivets, not soft aluminum, and backed with washers on the inside of the case for an even better holding surface. Meanwhile, our unique rubber latch guards ensure your guitar stays shut and surrounded in premium protection no matter what conditions you’re faced with.
